Lance has come out to our property twice now to inspect potential pest infections, both times he was really professional, friendly, and super helpful. Lance was happy to give his time to do an inspection and offer us advice on how we could manage the problem ourselves. Lance helped us with a suspect rodent problem. He turned up on time, did a thorough inspection and made recommendations. We opted to lay traps and he diligently came back multiple times to check them.

We had Lance come back to treat silverfish and he recommended it didn’t require treatment and we could do it ourselves, so not to waste money.

I Called on Lance due to Seeing a rat in the garden during the summer. He assessed the area and was sure a baiting program was not needed. After installing a camera in the garden this was confirmed that there was no longer any rodents & no costs were charged. Had a small rat problem with no obvious signs of how they got in to the house. Lance accurately predicted the problem, we instructed a plumber and the issue was fixed in less than a day. Speedy, great communication and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
