Ridiculous no one answers the phone ever. And when j called last time for wasl infestation as I had hundreds wasp coming into house a day. . They said they will not come. U don't think anyone works here since no one answers the phone ever. If you don't believe me than try calling them

The lady on the phone was lovely.. but sadly they couldn't help me straight away resulting in me have to pay for a private service. :( it was a wasps nest and im literally petrified and allergic to wasps. It cost me nearly a 100 pound to sort out.

While they are very friendly they simply lay down poison and that's it. Your very much on your own after that.
