The guy is a joke. Called him out to rid wasps and potential nest to be told that they were mortar wasps that don't sting, don't make nest, they just lay their eggs and move on.
We're having the roof tiles changes and low and hold there's a massive wasp nest and the roofer has been stung twice.
We had to call someone out to deal with it before the roofers could carry on.
Always make sure you get more than a second opinion

Mark is a total lifesaver. I called Mark literally having a panic attack down the phone as I had found a nest of crickets in my house from my feeding these to my reptile animals. Mark was not only very professional but he calmed me down and explained what to do. Mark advised my animals would need to be moved before he could take action. I decided to sell my reptiles and sent my labrador off to the mother in laws for a few days. Mark was straight out the next day. He explained what he was going to do and also took into consideration my requests too. The whole service from initial call to house spraying and aftercare has been fantastic. Great price and I wouldnt recommend anyone else apart from Mark. Top lad, top service and now I can relax and enjoy my Christmas. Thank you Mark.
