Great service form start to finish, I received some really helpful advice over the phone initially. Visits were exactly as described with a survey and set up on first visit. We then had to leave it time to work as it was explained that rats are active at night . On the second visit, a differect technician attended and was equally as helpful, professional and informative. I havent seen or heard a rat for weeks now and I thoroughly recommend Pest Professionals!
