Excellent phoned expecting to have to arrange appointment but they turned up within the hour and dealt with a wasp problem that day.

David came out the same day and treated the wasp nest, no problems since. Friendly and reliable at a great price. Thanks agan

I called him to treat a bee's nest that's right above a dormer window on my roof. It's in a difficult location so I wasn't sure if he'd be able to do anything. I wouldn't expect him to go out on the roof, but he said he could do it by just leaning out the window, and didn't seem to have any doubts.

1 week later there was no change. I called him and he came out again.

Another week has now passed and still very little change.

I called him again, but he refuses to try again and will not consider any kind of refund. I cannot open my window due to a swarm of bees right outside.

I don't expect him to go out on the roof, but if he didn't think he could do it, he shouldn't have said he could, and if he's failed and has no other solution, he should at least offer a partial refund.

He claims that my payment doesn't even cover the cost of the powder. I checked online and the powder is very cheap, plus why would he do it for that price if it was costing him more.

He seemed very helpful at first and a very nice man. I was happy when he agreed to come out a second time, and he seemed sure he had managed to do it properly that time. But on my third phone call, he started losing his temper and was very unhelpful.

I've paid him for a service, and although he tried, I'm no better of than when I started. I'd prefer not to kill the bees, but that room get very hot on warm days and I need to be able to open my window. He's taken my money, but failed to achieve what he was paid for.

He came he saw he did what he had to do. Came back a week later and problem solved and very reasonable rates and really prompt service. Outstanding.
