I had someone out from a well known company to be told I never had an issue. I clearly did I paid a call out charge and was advised abruptly this was non refundable.
I then called Kenny at KJW, what an absolute gentleman, very knowledable and prompt response. He came out same day and found activity within the first 5 minutes, he explained how the treatment would work and what had to be done. 1 week passed and my issue was resolved, a few days later Kenny called back to see if there was any more activity, nope, all good. I called on KJW services to assist my in laws with a an issue with a mouse issue which had taken over their home.

Kenny was extremely sensitive to the fact it was causing stress to them both and went out of his way to explain and show how they had gained access and how he planned a treatment plan , he completed and cured the issue and did a great job.

I am lucky to have worked with Kenny in previous times within the industry and I can assure you he genuinely cares about the customer and resolving the issue but also in doing it in a safe and humane manner .

I can recommend him for all aspects of pest control, he is a real gent and excellent at what he does . 5 star service from a top man , keep it up Kenny .

Kenny is professional and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He attended my property the same day my tenant found a rat in the kitchen and his fun personality really put me at ease whilst dealing with a potentially serious problem. He was pretty confident there was only a loan operator and on his second and third visit I was relieved this turned out to be the case. He eradicated the problem quickly with no mess, fuss or smells and advised us what to do in between his visits. He then came back and vermin proofed our flat all for a very reasonable fee. I hope I don't need his services again but I recommend him to anyone that has a pest problem. Thank so much for a very professional service Kenny.

Having heard ominous scratching noises in the loft for two nights running, we called Kenny for assistance. He came out that evening, inspected the loft, and told us the gloomy news that a rat had taken up residence. He then carried out a rigorous examination of the outside of the house and the boundaries of the garden to identify potential points of entry of the rodent. His visit took 95 minutes on a cold, wet, dark, windy night. He identified the probable primary source was work on the drains in the roads nearby. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge of pests and pest control, a true professional. We also appreciated his reassuring manner and how readily he put us at our ease during his visit.
Kenny set traps in the loft and within three days the problem had
been dealt with.
We can unreservedly recommend Kenny to deal with rodents, and indeed most other common pests. Thank you Kenny.

Kenny is a true professional and nothing was too much for him.
He came out to investigate scratching sounds in our loft. ( mice!!) He explained everything he was going to do, and why - quickly putting our minds at rest!
It took a few more visits than initially thought, but I’m happy that he completed the job, and I can feel at ease knowing he sorted the problem - and if there’s any chance I hear scratching sounds again, I’ll just call Kenny!
