Great cattery! Friendly, helpful and professional staff and nice location. Our cat loves affection and he came home super happy, well fed and not stressed (unlike a previous cattery) highly recommended 👍🏻

I was nervous about finding a good kennel for my dog who is a retired police dog, due to his work he can be challenging and has to be handled a certain way, the staff were brilliant with him. Treated him with respect and seemed to really enjoy having him. Will definitely use again and recommend

Lovely family run kennels, been taking our dogs here for years.
Took our new puppy there for the first time last week and she loved it and they took lots of photos to show us already booked her next stay in December.

They looked after bonnie and peggy my two lurchers , the staff was excellent helpful and caring , i was very impressed and would recommend this kennels ,and will book them in again when we go away

It was the first time we left our dog at Bourne Hill, we went to pick him up today and he came back very happy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I loved it, I will be returning to put my dog ​​there for sure.

We have taken our 2 large dogs dogue de Bordeaux X's here twice and booked in for a third time, staff are so welcoming. The staff respect our dogs due to their size and energy, they are not easy dogs due to their strength and the staff are fantastic with them.

Our two dogs had their first stay at Bourne Hill from 16/01 - 27/01. So happy with the service at drop off and even more so on collection.

Staff were so lovely and gave such a joyous insight into how our dogs had been while in their care and how much they enjoyed looking after them. We could tell they really enjoyed being there, getting fussed and walked and a bonus on collection they had clearly been washed after a muddy walk and smelt absolutely lovely.

Bourne Hill were very reasonably priced, listened to our requirements with no problems and their care of our dogs was outstanding.

Will definitely use again without hesitation.
