Ruff To Royal K9 Spa

We took our German Shepherd, who is very nervous with people he doesn't know and tends to growl at them. The staff at Ruff to Royal were fantastic with him and made him feel at ease. He let them bath him, groom him, and even clip his claws, where he would usually shrink away from strangers. Well done to all of the staff for giving our family dog a wonderful experience. You thoroughly deserve your 5 star rating !!!!!

We have 3 shiz tzus and we have been taking them to rough to Royal for 14 months. The dogs love them, and which is most important, and secondly they do the most amazing job on all 3, they worked extra late at short notice and this was highly appreciated. Our dogs won't be going anywhere else... Great dog groomers are hard to find... Glad we found rough to royal

I love ruff to royal, since I've been they've really took time to get to know my dog and looked after him! Where I have been before they'll have a 2 hour slot and the dog gets agitated (he's a very large dog so not enough time!) but here they take their time, give him breaks or time out or whatever is needed, give him play and affection! He looks great when he leaves and he absolutely loves going 😁 would definitely recommend!

Amazing results and such great service from Jodie at Ruffs to Royal!
My pup's teeth were in a bad way and I was worried about how he would react when someone would try to clean them. Jodie was absolutely fantastic and so good with him! His teeth came back sparkling and tail was still wagging after! Thanks!

Very disappointed and let down by Jodie.
We were told she couldn't do our old English sheepdog anymore as he is too big at 38kg and it hurts her back.
This has really upset us as since we have seen more than 1 post of her grooming other larger dogs.
Since Jodie has argued with me for leaving bad feedback telling me she will make sure no other local dog groomers will take our dog on now we have left a bad review and became very personal in her argument.
It is a shame as we have been frequent customers to pingles for years so it saved us the extra journey.

They are so kind and considerate and do a great job. Definitely trust them with my boys.

Took my puppy for it's first full cut today on my mum's recommendation , Jodie was great . She was pleasant and very friendly, She made me and my puppy welcome and the cut was lovely. . Have already booked again

Ruff to Royal are wonderful. Daisy looks fabulous after every visit and the team are caring and clearly love working with dogs. Price is reasonable too- we'd highly recommend Ruff to Royal if you are looking for a professional, experienced, caring and friendly dog groomer.
