Pet Universe Cat & Dog Grooming Salon

Lovely group of welcoming ladies who took great care of our cat Meeshiko. She had a full groom session including a dry bath as it was her first time. When we picked her up she was calm and very happy! A little expensive but for us it was worth the end result to see her groomed very good. As you can see our cat before and after photos clearly she is having the time of her life relaxing. Thank you to all who took great care of her, we will be coming here more often.

My Persian chinchilla Leela comes for a regular dry bath grooming procedure and always comes out squeaky clean with a tidy coat! Edita & Elena are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very lovely to correct anything you are unhappy with. They put time and lots of effort into this business to ensure you receive the best service. They do an excellent job at de-matting and blending any cut fur. Edita & Elena take great care of my fur baby! So happy I have found this salon, it has taken a lot of Persian cat owner stress off of my hands. Definitely will be continuing as a regular customer. Thank you Pet Universe 😁

It's the best grooming service around Newham and Redbridge. Our dog feels so much better after visiting Pet Universe.
The staff is friendly, they ask in details what we want and need. Not like with our previous experience the dog came back just the way it was.

I love the ladies at Pet Universe! I have brought in two very nervous, matted elderly rescue cats in the past for what was probably their first ever grooming sessions and both times Edita worked miracles! When we lost our first rescue, Sheba, we received a lovely condolence note from Elena and the team. Everything about my experiences with Pet Universe makes me trust them fully and I’ll continue coming back for sure! Would recommend to any cat owner, especially for those with rescues, elderly cats, or cats with special needs.

Had a bad experience at a groomers before so we met these guys before booking and the way they were with my dog eased my worry! Took my dog to them today and he came out looking and smelling lovely. He has tricky fur for some, but wasn’t too much trouble for these guys. Professional and loving to my dog, he got lots of fusses and appears to be very well taken care of! An added bonus they even took some super cute photos which they sent over. Would recommend!

I have been bringing my two cats to this salon for over 10 years now. One of my cats is a difficult behaviour cat. Lots of groomers rejected us and vet suggested we groom her under sedation, which I didn't want. Svetlana and Edita have huge experience in dealing with cats of this nature, so I am confident leaving my cat in their professional hands. The service is always top notch and the team is lovely. I would highly recommend them.

Unbelievable. Don’t even deserve half a star. I brought my cat here a week ago and right after he started showing symptoms of fleas so we bought a flea brush and combed it through his fur and fleas came out. They didn’t even let me stay with my cat. For all I know they could be doing SOMETHINB to my cat. Customer service is poor and for a hefty price we deserve better or a refund. Poor effort and didn’t even groom my cat correctly. My cat didn’t have fleas before and he has it now. Do better!!!!!!!! I

I cannot praise this Pet Universe Grooming Salon enough!
I have a temperamental Persian cat who unfortunately has so much matting that it was time for him to undergo the Lion Cut. The vets originally said that he should be sedated because he really doesn't like the clippers, but I wasn't going to do that to my cat just for a hair cut. So after lots of research I was recommended Pet Universe and I haven't looked back. I was so worried how he would be, but as soon as we got there Edita was just so welcoming, that even the reluctant Mr Fluff was ok (he even let her pick him up which is unheard of from other people besides myself). I felt so safe and happy to have left him with her and then just over an hour later he was ready.
I braced myself for the shock of a once fluffy cat ready for his new alien look, but my goodness what a beautiful job Edita did! He looked even more gorgeous!
The relief that he was in good hands and the joy of the new look with no matting on Mr Fluff - I know I sound like a crazy cat lady but I was so happy I could have cried. A huge sigh of relief and worry lifted, Mr Fluff is back home living his best life as a Lion Prince. Thanks you so much Edita and team for a great experience! Coming back soon :) xx
