Richmond Rascals

We used to live opposite this store and Lola & Rico, our dogs, loved going along to be groomed. The staff were always friendly and our dogs always looked great after their pamper! Though we no longer live nearby we still look back with fondness for Rhona and her team.

Absolutely brilliant! They fitted us in last minute, our little buddy has terrible anxiety issues and they were fab with him! We used to go to posh pups but never again this shop is amazing he came out looking beautiful! lovely polite girls in reception happy to help, thank you so much we will see you in 8 weeks!

I have been a customer of Richmond Rascals since it was first established! Our family has been so impressed with all the services this amazing business provides. Our two 6 year old schnauzers have been groomed with Richmond Rascals since they were young and always look great and happy after a groom! The staff in-store know what we want and have never disappointed us! We also use the daycare service they provide regularly and the girls who come and collect our precious babies are so good with them and our girls are always worn out from their fun filled day! I cannot recommend Richmond Rascals highly enough! I wish I could give a higher rating!

Richmond Rascals are by far the best doggy daycare establishment I’ve encountered. Firstly, they’re very friendly, and the shop itself is homely and nicely decorated.
Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life. At times it seemed he would be more excited to go here than go home!
I would absolutely recommend Richmond Raacals to anyone.

Fantastic groomer's all round! I've been taking my dog here for well over a year now and the team is absolutely incredible. They are super hard working, very professional and always take such great care of my dog every time we go. Special shout out to Robbie he's so helpful and caring, I always feel so comfortable leaving my dog with him and the team because I know he's in such great hands. I haven't had the best experience with dog groomer's in the past so finding this team has been a God send! Unfortunately I don't know the other gentleman's name but he cut my dog's hair the last few times and he is insanely talented! BEST DOG GROOMER'S IN TOWN!!! Literally the only place I will ever go to get my dogs hair cut. Thanks a million to Robbie and the team.

Robbie and the team at Richmond Rascals were absolutely amazing and did a great job with my Cavapoo. He had some very bad matting on his ears (shame on me!) and they proactively contacted me to agree how to address the problem. They gave me expert and caring advice to make sure grooming would not be too painful for him, the result was amazing and my doggie came out relaxed and beautiful as always. Thank you so much Robbie and team, highly recommended
