Pets at Home Lincoln

I loved how the guys in store were so knowledgeable about their products. We have just got a puppy and the staff were on hand to recommend all the additional things we needed. Couple that with showing us the VIP card which we duly signed up for. We saved over £50 with the discounts available. I felt during our visit the staff went above and beyond, even helping us take our purchases to the car. Thanks, Pets at Home, from start to finish !

Came here to buy fish for my daughter's 8th birthday. Her first ever pet. Really helpful and knowledgeable assistants. Unfortunately, 4 of the 7 fish died in less than 12 hours. I followed all of the instructions for setting up a new tank - I used the correct dose of tap safe and filter booster and left it for the recommended time. However, they were happy to replace them.

Update: 5 more fish have died, 9 in total. These were My daughter's first pet. She's incredibly upset and has been put off having anymore pets. It's so sad.

I walked around the whole store trying to find an employee to help with my puppy queries, there was only 1 person other than 1 on the till... And there were quite a few customers in the Stooges too. Need more staff in the Lincoln branch.

My cats really like the own brand flaked food in jelly which is handy as its way lower in price than the named brands most supermarkets stock. We also have an aquarium and find that pets at home have a pretty wide selection of fish foods aimed at various species. Staff are helpful too and ready to advise and assist, the store is always clean and well stocked.

Staff knowlege not the best, they will tell you to take a goldfish in 30 litre tank. No knowledge of nitrogen cycle or proper stocking of a tank but they will just replace what dies when inevitably it does. Fish look in ok condition.

Brilliant place for dog grooming my dog Zac loved it, he looked great, smelled great and was treated like a VIP the lady was absolutely lovely definitely recommend 5 stars plus some.

Pets at home is my favourite place to shop for my small animals, they have great discount vouchers when you apply for VIP
