Had so much help from a lovely young person called Daisy today. They helped my partner and I choose and adopt a beautiful rabbit and has helped us to soon adopt a lovely partner for the bab. They explained everything from diet, to health checks, and helped us book her in for her vaccines and to be spayed. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Very helpful and knowledgeable person.

This is refering to the vetinaey section . Our pup was given her second inoculation but on returning home we noticed that she was extremely lethargic and drooling at the mouth . I phoned the vet immediately but was told by reception that we had to accept an appointment slot . So the poor pup had to wait a further two/ three hours before being seen. Furthermore when we arrived we had to wait in the waiting area for another 20 minutes.
On reflection I consider this to be an unprofessional approach . Previously with another vet many years ago we were told to bring him in immediately because of his adverse reaction to a nother injection at the time, but that was with a more local vets close to us . Thankfully all turned out well in the end and pup was given an antihistamine injection but nothing was explained. We just had enough intelligence to work it out for ourselves .....really upsetting

I shop there only if I have to, the freezers are always low on Natures Menu free flow mince and often run out, maybe the manager needs to get another freezer and stock up more and secondly get the product into the freezer as soon as it comes in instead of letting it defrost and refreeze into hard lumps, good staff bad management of frozen products.

Really kind, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great choice of items, and good pet care - for the animals they are selling. We brought a Guinea Pig, and they gave us loads of information and advice.

Some great stuff here for your pets. Has a vet here and a groom room. Used the groom room for my Shih Tsu and did a good job.
