Pets Corner

This strategically placed Pets Corner is very well run and kept extremely clean with the staff having a wealth of knowledge on all the products for sale within the store. I have always found the items required for my dog at this branch, from food, treats, cleaning products , bedding and more!

We arrived at the store on Monday 21 February to buy all the essentials for our Havanese puppy Halime. Megan was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and was very helpful when we were selecting items making sure they were suitable and the correct size for Halime’s needs. Nothing was too much trouble, Truly amazing service!

We were overcharged by £20 for something and instead of apologising and simply tefunding it over the phone we were forced to travel out of our way to get the refund. The staff did not seem to be aware of the most basic trading standards law that an item should be sold a the price on the ticket. No apology of any description. All very poor customer service

I came to see some Guinea pigs and whether they would be suitable for my two-year-old, Mandy went above and beyond to set up a pen and let us handle the guinea pigs and was extremely informative friendly and helpful! Absolutely amazing customer service :)

So so helpful. Found everything I needed (with very specific requests), and reacted so empathetically when my dog caused chaos in the store. Utterly charming staff, an asset to the company.

The store has been extremely helpful with advising on new cat food. All the staff have been so kind and happy to talk about experiences. A new insect food has proved a huge hit and we've already been back for more. A well-stocked and laid out shop making it a pleasure to browse.

Fantastic place to find all your animals needs or even a new family member. The staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help or provide advice. They care about the animals they are always happy to have updates on how they are getting on
