The workers here are extremely sweet and truly care about the well-being of the animals there. I was able to buy this beautiful re-homed boy named Taco today all because of Arz, a worker who let me off even if I was a pound short of the needed amount. I’m so happy with this sweet boy and he is fitting in amazingly with the others!

The person who was working there let me inside their shop at closing time and allowed me to freely browse through the animals. I can't really express my gratitude to that amazing human being. Was so polite and gave me valuable information on how to keep the pets safe and secured. I haven't purchased anything yet but I will definitely purchase something very soon.

Fantastic service as soon as you walk in the door. The birds are kept clean and chirping away! I have called them manu times to ask for advice on a bird bought from them and they happily answer my questions and give brilliant advice. Best place to buy your birds ..look forward to buying from them again! Well done guys for keeping the birds so happy and healthy!

I highly recommend this shop! I came here last Sunday with a friend to buy my first ever bird. They answered all of my questions for me, are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly care a lot about their animals. They have birds and cats casually out and about in the shop, they all seemed very content.
I walked away with a tame Cockatiel who was already cuddling up to me in the shop, and today which is day 4 here at home he is already flying out of his cage to come and sit on me whilst I work! I am very happy thank you guys very much for my beautiful bird!

Beautiful birds and kind staff. I purchased a bird from here, the lovely staff answered all my questions and gave me all the items i needed! Such a good, friendly atmosphere in the store, would recommend! (pictures taken with staff permission)

Excellent experience the whole time. Staff member spent so much time with us and gave us so lots of information. I messaged the store at 7pm, 3 days after purchasing my bunny but they still replied and put me at ease. I'm so glad I made the right choice to get my pet from here. Keep it up guys.

Great customer service in-store and over the phone. I bought two budgies yesterday and before leaving the colleagues gave me lots of information on how to take care of my budgies. They made good suggestions on toys that my budgies would like and food/supplements that i would need for my first month. The colleagues were very friendly and made me feel very welcome and i hope to visit the store again in the future for more things for my budgies.
