Went in with my dog Gary on a Saturday. He’s 11 weeks old and took him to puppy hour.
Loads of alike puppies for him to play with and get used to other dogs. Staff were also amazing.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they have a great range of products - it is my first go-to store for my dog.

Every time I have been into the store I have been welcomed warmly and been given helpful advice, in a friendly manner. I recently took our young Goldie puppy to one of the puppy sessions on a Saturday morning - I was very impressed with the amount of the store they had set aside for all the puppies to explore!

Exceptional customer service - very knowledgable staff with a wealth of knowledge and advice across all areas, especially with nutrition. They will always go above and beyond. Cannot rate them more highly.

Lots of options. Only visited for cat litter but the store seemed good. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
