Just For Pets Bromsgrove

Really impressed with the staff in this store. Been here a few times now buying things for our new puppy and every time we have found the customer service to be excellent. The Manager is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic in providing information on products, allowing the customer to make an informed choice on their purchases.

Staff we're extremely helpful with a lot of knowledge and answering questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Shop was lovely and clean and also well laid out.
Will definitely return.

Fantastic service when visiting this afternoon to purchase a budgie to add to my aviary. Jess who served me was super friendly & helpful and Went above and beyond. I shall definitely be back as all birds were very healthy & well cared for and certainly not your typical pet shop stock. 10/10, many thanks.

I've got family having to self isolate with no close family around, I rang just for pets up and this lovely man answered. He was very helpful and offered to deliver the rabbit food off for us. Couldn't be more happier with the service.

Lovely place. Great choice of food and treats for the dog. Cheerful staff who care. There is even a scale to weigh the dog. It's now become a weekly trip out for me, my wife and the dog.
