Well stocked shop and very helpful staff. They spent a long time fitting our Dachshund with a new harness to ensure it was comfortable. Would recommend.

We often go to Brown's, the staff are really helpful. Some recognise us. The choice is extensive and our dog is greeted every so and pulls us to go in when we pass.

Wonderful friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff with beautiful good quality, natural products for cats & dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh, so much patience with all my queries. Will definitely be purchasing from there again, id much rather support a local company than amazon too! Highly recommend this shop

I went in for the first time today. I was welcomed by several lovely members of staff, who made such a fuss over my westie (which, of course, she was thrilled about!). I was very impressed by the range of products they had and all quite competitively priced. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Browns have been part of our lives since the 'Shoreline' days and the service has never faltered. The many helpful staff always go the extra mile to make sure our animal friends ( Dog, Cat, Chameleon and wild birds) have access to the very best foods, accessories, advice and treats.

Made a phone call about a product and they were kind enough to put behind counter for me to collect, never been there before but what they have in there shop it's like taking my 2 bichons into santa,s grotto excellent for natural products
