Pets at Home Crewe

Store was clean and well stocked, I got what I needed. There was only one rabbit all on its own some rats and that was it. There were no fish and the sign said no fish for a while. So just don't go for fish. Please someone buy that rabbit it looked so lonely 🙁. I couldn't because we have a cat!

What a fantastic experience we've just had when visiting the Crewe branch of pets at hone.
Went there for some skin products for our beagles itchy tummy, whilst perusing the products a young lady approached us to see if we were OK and did we need any help or advice in choosing our products. Her name was Bek, she knew all about the products, advising us what would work better for our dogs condition. She was so helpful and her knowledge of the products was brilliant. She then helped us choose a dry dog food which was more suited to our dogs condition.
Again, we were impressed with her understanding of the products, she really did go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we bought the correct products and we left the store happy. Although we didn't spend a lot of money in there we got everything we needed plus loads of help and advice, for which we are very grateful. So thank you Bek.

Really helpful staff deffinatly loads better than the companys bad name use to be. Staff friendly and happy to help any way they can and the shop stocks a good range of products I was being very fussy about what food to move our dog onto and the staff didn't care how long I was taking reading nearly all the ingredients lists and still came and asked if I wanted to know anything else just ask but didn't pester me to try and convince me of a certain type or hurry me along.

Very kind people working there but such limited choices with purchase. Not many good and proper dog foods. I finaly bought one but it is not even my second choice. But of course, all the very, very bad dog foods and treats are everywhere there. Not even one bag of treats without chemicals or other additives. Home birds had 1! type of food only available and it is a very bad made, pets at home brand. Why? You should be helping us and our animals but You are like a supermarket, not an animal focused store. Shame 🙁. Again, I will underline that staff tried very hard to be helpful in a kind manner.

We've recently welcomed 2 kittens into our family so visited the Pets at Home Crewe store to get supplies. Kate who served me was fantastic, really friendly and helpful, explaining that if I downloaded the app and registered I could get lots of discounts and offers. I ended up with 20% off everything I bought that day, free kitten food and lots of other discounts for the future, as well as great advice and tips. Kate was really great and is an asset to the store and company. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou for helping a new cat mum!

I have got to be honest, I love pets at home, it has everything for everyone. The Puppy pack vouchers are great and save a lot of money, so thank you Pets at Home.

If you have not got the VIP card, its a must.

Good selection of things for lots of different animals. Friendly staff but they do seem a bit rushed off their feet. Queues were long but staff did what they could to reduce them.
