Randy was a big help kitting out my kitten with recommended items, and even helped me find coupons! Great to know the staff care about the animals and their owners. Makes a difference when service is kind and friendly. Good stock range, will be back a lot!

Nice views, one of my favourite pubs, restaurants. Have been comimg there for many years and always a pleasure. Also nice walks along the Grand Union Canal and Lakes.

Always call ahead if you're after something specific. I buy live bugs for my hedgehog and they get deliveries on a Tuesday and Friday. I always call ahead now to check they have some in stock before I make the trip. Quite often they're totally out of stock or what they have are dead. Generally a well stocked store and clean and tidy. I know lots use the in-house vet but my family had a bad experience with them when they misdiagnosed our pet dog many years ago. I wouldn't use them. The groomers are always busy and all the staff are super friendly.

I have been to other locations of Pets At Home but Pet's At Home in Brentford, i found it is by far the best. One of the staff here in particular is absolutely outstanding, helpful and externally kind.
I just got a kitten thats 6 weeks old. I wasn't sure on how to do a fue things as my kitten was so small. I left the store feeling very informed and a little more confident.

I met Laura today as she advised me on the different types of fishes and what tank goes for what fish etc. she took 30 mins to explain everything about different product and different types of fishes. Super friendly and helpful

Lovely atmosphere, so well presented and organised, lovely staff and customers. Animals are cared for and live spaciously. They are full of joy. Everybody is smiling and friendly. A joy to walk around here longer than necessary

Popped in to the store today for the first time to get some stuff for our two cats, Randy was super helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend!

Got my cats first & second vaccination done here. And it was only £49.00 but as a bonus, they also microchipped within that price. "What a bargain" While waiting for the vet to treat your pet you can walk around the store and buy him/her some treats or even a cat tree 😉 Will definitely come back.
