Pet Pavilion

Wilson loves going into Pet Pavilion, he gets his hair cut, nails clipped and they just love him especially Celia who grooms him. This shop is a hidden gem in the heart of Kensington. Great, friendly service and the staff are very knowledgeable too.

Celia is a fab groomer with so much patience and kindness for our 13 year old poodle who loves her. Eymie in the store is the helpful and cheerful and always has a treat and a cuddle for Harry when we visit. A wondeful team. Highly recommend.

What a great place ! I wish my dog could write. She would give it ten stars. Evie loves to get her grooming done at Pet Pavilion. I do not think she appreciate her look as much as we do, but she clearly feels love and care.

Saya is shopping and getting pampered by Celia and Eymie for the last 4 years at Pet Pavillion Church Street. The girls and Huw are so nice and experienced with dogs also nice friendly faces to see every time you visit!

Celia has been grooming our King Charles Cavalier for years and she is a rare find. She has a kind, gentle manner that keeps our dog calm and he always emerges from his groom smelling delicious and with his tail wagging. Celia always listens to the direction I give, and is also happy to provide suggestions on things he may need done to improve his overall health. She’s incredibly patient – particularly when it comes to cleaning his teeth – and I would highly recommend her grooming services. In fact, the entire team at Pet Pavillion is fantastic. They always message to confirm an appointment, are always very welcoming and love giving out treats!

Having given this shop a 5 star review before I am now removing that and giving it the lowest star possible. They have lost the best members of staff that me and my dogs love to see every week and are left with a very rude nasty elderly man that is so disgusting to customers that I will never go in there again. Celia and Eymie have both left and these two ladies where the heart of this shop and made it a success over the years. I get the impression that the old man in there now doesn’t even like dogs as he’s always so horrible to them when you walk in. What used to be a great place for dogs and customers is now a truly awful shop where you get treated so badly on arrival. Shame to see a nice family business being ruining by one unpleasant unprofessional member of staff that desperately need training of how to treat customers.

I been waiting outside more than 10 minutes because why not, no? Since when custumer services in Central London are so low? Since when we have to wait at the door to enter shops partly closed because this is how the kassier decided??? Wake up! Is Tuesday, and saying sorry without meaning it, is not gonna solve the problem, okay? Avoid this kind of business where custumers are treated badly! It's not worth it! Hello, Kassier! People are working and paying respect for each other's services, so you might like to do so too, if not, why not finding other job???? Let someone else who might need the job doing it, not letting people outside waiting at the door and opened when you want!!! It says down for maintenance, when she opens the door she said they have electricity problems, light was on, water running downstairs in the grooming room was working, are you thinking i am
