Pets at Home Aylesbury

Quite a queue but lucky I was in no hurry. Found what I wanted easily. Staff super friendly and helpful, will definitely call in again.

It's a good shop overall. Quite wide variety of pets food available. Shame not much of natural treats for dogs available, but plenty of nasties- and that's not a great way to promote pets health , but they have vets on site so might be handy. ☹️

My dog was poorly, I phoned companion care to get appointment, they were very helpful and offers us one later in the day.
Hy dog was made a fuss off and checked over, medication given for 10 days the vet was very understanding and caring.
Oour day feeling better after one day, thank you companion care.

Got what we needed with ease. My dog got given a treat at the counter so she wants to go back again and again 😂

I visited this store yesterday being fairly new to having an aquarium, I was helped by a very helpful young man (Nathan) who had loads of knowledge on aquariums, the general set up and what fish to put with/or not! the fish you have.
I hope this earns him the appreciation he deserves from his Manager/ess and area manager.

Went here to get everything we needed for our new rescue kitty, Charley was super helpful with explaining the loyalty card system and helped me set up everything, earning me over £20 in discounts! Have found the staff can look a bit down at times, but they’re very helpful when in conversation, all clearly passionate about what they do :) pic of our new rescue kitty cuddling one of the toys I purchased

Was served by jake he was amazing and very helpful, he explained and showed me the process of when they check hamsters and how they check. A fact I mentioned to jake that hemel does not do well not the two times i got my hamsters from there. He also explained how we have 6 week to bring her back if there is any complications and it will be covered a fact yet again not told to me by the hemel store. If hemel had told me this maybe I wouldn't of had both hamsters die

Always friendly staff. Tidy shop. Love being able to say hello to the animals in there.
