Penparc Pet Centre

First time shopping here, they have lots to offer and reasonably priced.
However, the lady serving was very rude and miserable. An older aged lady with short white hair, didn't say a word to us when paying even after we said hello you alright to her, and thank you. Very poor communication and lacking basic manners.

I use this shop quite often and for the most part it's a really decent shop, however I feel like there is now less in their than before they revamped. Still worth a visit

Lovely clean well organised shop. Friendly staff, joined their loyalty club too.
Had wide ranges of products across the board, definately be going again.

A well laid out store with plenty of variety for most pets. They were considerably cheaper on their Arden Grange dog food compared to pets at home so we will be using Penparc for the foreseeable future.

Amazing store with fantastic selection of products some of which we are taking back to Scotland for our pooches.

Generally OK but latest price increases are ridiculous for Natures Menu. I can't get this locally but won't be buying from here again so will be sourcing alternative raw food locally in future.

Brilliant store reasonable prices staff so friendly and very helpful with my puppy related inquiries. Shop here now on regular basis for my puppies needs food etc Thank you
