Pets at Home Gravesend

Love this store, i been buying a lot from it for my dog, has very good and quality product for veriety of different prices. Bought my first guinea pig from there, lady that served me was lovely. He is enjoying his new loving home!

Store was clean and organized but what stood out was the service. Wonderful Emily from grooming was exceptional and patient with us as she walked us through the perfect crate and bedding for our new puppy. She also encouraged us to sign up for the Pets at Home app - saving us serious money with all of our purchases! Thank you so much Emily - I hope you are well recognised.

Staff always so helpful and friendly. Clear to see they genuinely care about animals and also they help me carry things as i have a spinal condition. Thank you Pets at Home!

My dog had a puncture wound my vets were closed, emergency vets fully booked, 3 other locations also fully booked. The vets here were not busy I saw them on their phones in offices. They knew I was there and would not come out and check on my dog. Where has humanity gone? Disgusting a member of the public helped with checking the wound with me outside at reception.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, packed with everything your pet will need. From the tiniest mouse to the largest dog, (I won't mention horses so I'm not sure what they have!) You'll find everything for your best friend. There's also a vets and a groom room, as I've not used them I won't comment!

Big store, plenty of food and accessories for your pets. Sell cute bunnies and guinea pigs and other small animals. They do have a vet inside, but have never used it.

Bit pricey but the staff are lovely especially when you take your pets in as well

Really friendly place vet was really good with our dog calmed him down was massive relief as bringing him to vets was a big worry if ours. Couldn't rate high enough! Thanks & thanks from Bobby.
