Really lovely store and the staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each time I have been in with my Lab puppy, they made such a fuss over him and now he drags me in each time we pass. They stock all the good stuff and a really interesting array of chews. Very happy to have this shop on my doorstep.

Used them a few times now. Really friendly and they give good advice. Their lovely groomer was great and did an amazing job on our cavalier. Would recommend!

I had my Parsons Terrier Hand Stripped this morning and they have done an amazing job. He is only 9 months old and they took great care of him so that he had a positive experience.

I wanted to buy more locally in Bristol for a friends dogs as a Christmas treats, ordered on a Saturday and delivered by the Monday - no delivery charge and the presents look great and feel much better than presents that I have bought from national chains

We ordered a tugger on line for our border terrier and we expected to click and collect.However, we had a nice surprise as it was delivered to our house several hours later.Thank you for an excellent service

Seriously, don't bother. Absolutely useless.
The booking process took 2 days. Incorrect info given by the staff regarding registering. I then went to the store to make a booking in person....staff unable to take bookings in person...made a booking via new website method. Selected a 3.30pm slot booked it, turned up with dog. No haircut for dog because the staff member wanted to leave early. Then half an hour after my booking time I received the following email....

Thank you for requesting a dog grooming appointment with The Dog Spa on Fri, Apr 29 at 3.30 PM. Please note this is a request only as not all times are available.
We will review the request and get back to you shortly.

Not for me thanks, never again.

Dreadful. I don't like writing bad reviews of local businesses, but this is one to avoid. Taking cash for services that were not requested and not getting in touch to resolve. Don't give them your card details!

Rude, horrible store. Just rude people there. I went to the the shop many times, bought a lot there... the thing is, they are soooo nasty and racist there, that I will never want to open their door again. Feel very upset, but life is going on. They hate dogs, pick only small ones to groom, just not what you expect. I maybe wrong and just current person in the shop is rude, but it was shocking
