A very good examples of pets at home very friendly staff and very helpful. A wide selection of general pet store fish and small animals all very healthy, the fish the are especially vibrant and colourful with no dead fish in the tanks.

Great customer service Jaxon bought all the initial products needed for his new home. Even made his name badge for his collar on the spot. Well done Pets at Home, Nuneaton.

After moving from another local vets (following heating the way the manager spoke to a client prior to his saying goodbye to his four-legged companion for the list time) we tried here. I have been nothing but impressed with the way the staff here take time, carefully explain issues and advise us. They are always honest rehashing self help treatment in the first place before resorting to costly vet meds & genuinely look to save you money where they can. The service is truly tailored to your pet, no one size fits all. There are even electronic candles that are lit at reception to inform those waiting when someone is having to say goodbye to a pet. They really are focused on you as a family, helping us be better owners. Highly recommended & so glad we have them a try. Thank you.

Excellent vets practice with professional caring & supportive staff I cannot fault their care of our very very elderly cats & us, answering all our questions honestly ensuring we were aware of risks in their treatment.
The surgery is very welcoming & spotlessly clean.

All staff very helpful and polite friendly and are always willing to help you find what you need for your pet they're a credit to pets at home and I'm so pleased I chose petsathome for my puppy's needs.

I really never thought about writing a review but I had to, I just adore all the vets here. Each and every person who I meet when I take my cat in for a checkup or injections since I had my cat (the past 1.5 years or so) are so gentle and kind.
Yesterday, I met Emma, who was very gentle with my cat and helped me clip his claws (part of the pet care plan) - Thank you!!
She also helped me clean him up a bit because he pee'd in the cat-bag, he does get nervous but it's no challenge for them, they're very understanding :D

There's a joyous bunch of people working here and everyone's so patient, thank you for looking after my cat and being so humble! I actually moved to the next town not long ago, and I still take my cat here because it's worth the 20 min travel in my opinion for such a great service!

Also - The bag in the photo is one they sell at Pets At Home :) And that's my cat in the vets, a bit scared, but curious and coming out for some free treats!

Your pet will be very well looked after here :) Highly recommend!

Good sized store with parking, also close to town centre. Has a vets and pet grooming service inside.
