Love this shop staff r so friendly & helpful, i used come here a lot get my furbaby treats but sadly 😥 lost them whn we had our first lockdown😢 , still pop in have look & the rabbit's & hamsters lol 😆, so I have got me a quirky pet they are called Sea Monkeys or Brine Shrimp is another name for them, super easy 2 look after everything is in the kit eith step by step guide love em,

Absolutely fantastic store to be in. ALL the staff have such a brilliant welcoming attitude which makes being there so pleasant. Took my rottweiler puppy for a doggy groom and Josh (i think he was called) the chap who done it was FANTASTIC!
Above and beyond service..

Bought 2 guinea pigs the Saturday before Halloween. The woman who spoke to me was absolutely lovely, she showed me all of the male piggies and the two that drew my attention. A week later, she was right! I do not regret my decision at all and my partner now has a soft spot for them. They definitely are shoulder buddies!

The store was clean and tidy. Just not many options for dog food for a small dog. I like to buy the big 12kg bags, but there wasn't the choice

Nice clean store, had what I needed in stock. The girl on the checkout was an absolute darling. I highly recommend this store.

Booked dog groom for 9am on a Sunday. Shope does not open till 10am but was assured someone would open up for my appointment. 9.10am, temp -1 outside, distressed puppy waiting, do not open the doors, despite knocking.

The groom room is small....but the staff that work within it do a great job. Friendly to both the owners and the pets they groom...always helpful.

Found exactaly wat i was after...very happy staff..friendly and helpful..good range of animal products in here and fair priced too. Parking is easy too and free for customers
