Very friendly staff, always a place to park and with products for all type of family.
It can be busy over the weekends (as all the shops around), but it’s really peaceful in the evenings (all open until very late)!

Love this shop it has every fink you need good prices bi shop for my cats fish and dog here staff are friendly and very helpful if you need help would recommend this shop if you need any advice there always happy to help

Tom assisted me on my visit with my pup, he was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

Bought 2 fish from here last week, got asked all sorts of questions about how the fish will be looked after and kept healthy, sold me the fish no problems, took them home, acclimatised them to water temp in the tank, should of been me asking the questions they asked, as they sold me 2 diseased fish that wiped out all my fish in tank, I have spent last two days burying my babies and trying to save them with no luck. Would not recommend for fish at all.

Went to buy a dog muzzle the store didn’t have it in stock they had to order one for me I have to wait 4 days I’m not impressed

I went once to buy crickets to feed my reptiles and found loads of boxes of bugs for reptiles, all dead. I thought it was a one off to “forget” to feed the bugs, but I went several times after that to find that they removed the dead ones and brought more, for all to die next day too. The funny thing is that they sell bugs food and display it next to the dead bugs! Dear Pets at Home.. Stop getting them if you will refuse to feed them!

Had an appalling experience during my last visit and will not be back.
I went in with my 1yr baby to pick up dog food and look at the animals. I was rudely asked to stand behind a line on the floor twice despite not crossing the line. Then the security guard came over and said the exact same thing. This was followed by a staff member asking me not to tap on the glass cages. I didn't touch the cages as I was behind the line. I found the experience rude and very unsettling. I would expect a much better customer service and not be treated in such a disrespectful way.

I took my toy poodle puppy here for his first groom and I was very unhappy. They completely rushed the process and the groom was completed a lot sooner than usual/what was stated. I could tell they were very busy that day, so rather than being patient and easing my puppy into what is a new and scary experience it was rushed. This lead to the groomer accidentally cutting a lot of hair off his nose as my pup was uncomfortable and moved around a lot. This was all only explained after I came to pick him up and I noticed the uneven cut and asked what happened. They were not going to tell me until I asked and when I did I was given a lot of attitude and was told “well it will grow back”. His hair was also very dry and stiff, unlike when I wash him at home myself.. so I question whether they even use a conditioner. I had to complain to the manager. Very unhappy and will not be using these groomers again, especially not for puppies.
