Woking Pets corner staff are so helpful whenever me and my dogs go there. Their puppy hour definitely helped my very timid puppy with his confidence to play with other dogs. Highly recommend.

I usually shop at your Horsell branch, but today was near Edwin’s Garden Centre in Woking so I popped into your branch there. Hugh provided great customer service and was knowledgable and friendly. Nice to know all your stores have such a great bunch of staff fronting them!

This is everything you could want from a Pet Shop. It is beautifully set out with well stocked, high quality and attractive merchandise.
The Staff are so helpful, kind and friendly.

Visited this store for the first time with my 15 week old schnoodle Heidi to a lovely warm welcome by the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the store who offered appropriate advice and hugs for the puppy who also got to choose her own chew. Invited back for puppy playtime was an added bonus. Definitely going back!

Called into the shop on 16/6/2021 (our second visit within the past 2 weeks) together with our large dog. As it was his birthday, we headed for Pets Corner to buy some treats while my husband purchased various items. All the staff we spoke to were polite, helpful and couldn't do enough to make our dog welcome, offering free treats and fresh water.. Such an enjoyable experience for us all, unlike visits to other garden centres.The range of products was excellent and customer service impressive. Clearly staff are well trained and able to deal with any enquiries. We will now be regular customers in the future and highly recommend others to pay them a visit.

Emily at the Woking branch was so helpful today, she was very patient fitting our two very lively dashunds with new harnesses! Very friendly and great advice helping us choose the right harness and leads. Thank you 😊
