Firstly. Customer service is always amazing. Very welcoming and great.
Frozen reptile food is the cheapest, great sizes and best quality. Lots of selections.
Shop is clean, well presentable and tidy. Well stocked, fantastic prices and lots on offer.
Young woman is helpful, patient and gives fantastic service.
Brilliant little shop. Been a returning customer for a few years.
No complaints from me.

Visit here to buy food for our baby gecko. Having good price then the other pet shop that we ussually bought, fast service, they have almost complete product for dog also cat, hamster also reptile

A huge variety of pet and reptile goods in such a small shop.
I like shopping for my dog here because along with the usual food I buy there is always something new to try in either food or treats.
Shop is clean and staff are pleasant.
Currently still on restricted entry but the size of the shop doesn’t really allow for more than two customers comfortably. There is a one way system so that does help.
I’ll continue to shop here for the foreseeable future.

Am new to reptiles and was looking for some advice on how to feed/care for my new lizard. Staff were so rude and unhelpful. It seemed like I new more than them! So I googled another reptile shop and for a very short drive down the road I found rainforest reptiles. So helpfull and made me feel welcome about asking beginner questions .
