Amazing service. Got Harley, the Border Collie groomed today and he looks amazing. Can't thank you girls enough. Great service, friendly staff and convenient location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful friendly staff who my dogs love. One goes out for walks with the dog walkers and comes back very happy. Our puppy will join them when she is old enough. First class grooming too. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Thank you Pet Stop. Very professional service, yet that personal touch that others I have been to sometimes lack. I have been a few times now and the fact my beagle clearly enjoys being there is testament to how well she is looked after when she has had "beauty treatment" and the occasional walk. I know she can be a bit of a handful when having a pedicure, but somehow they manage it! And I can't help but purchase some healthy chews and treats when there, that you can't seem to get elsewhere. Well done. Keep up the good work.

I hve taken my pup here 3 times + only trust Pet Stop to now groom my beautiful baby dog. My pet dog is petrified getting groomed + I know she really hates it. Only Pet Stop give my pet undivided attention + really took there time with her.When I picked her up, not only did she look beautiful my pet wasn't scared + looked very relaxed in a doggy kind of way+ I know I'd made the Right choice in taking my pet bk again + again! Very happy:)

I take my dog to be groomed there regularly and felt I needed to write a review on how amazing they are with my boy. They are really professional and do an amazing job every time, he walks away looking fabulous. I cannot fault them. Highly recommend their services, 5 star!!

I can only highly recommend Pet Stop. They do a brilliant job for great price. Our Portuguese water dog is hard to groom, but they do a great job. Also, you can just tell that they love dogs.

The staff are all so nice. Plus, the grooming side is really good. With such and old dog, they are so patient with her & she has lots of breaks, so not to stress her out too much!

I have had my dog groomed here 3 times. She was taken there this week and a "huge mistake" they said was made. They shaved my mini schnauzers front legs and left the back legs bushy. I was so upset and furious when I got home from work and took her back in the next morning for an explanation. They said they were sorry and it was just a mistake!! I asked for a refund and for them to clip the back legs to match the front. Her beard was uneven and her eyebrows also a mess. It was only when I said I would go to the Watford Observer with my photos did I get a refund. To any one thinking of going here please think twice.
