Erme View Pet Supplies

Great little pet shop. They didn't have what I needed yet ordered it in and it was available for collection within 48 hours. My dogs have to eat grain free Dr. John's dog food which isn't popular.
Staff are brilliant too, very helpful, informative and local which is all good.
Will be back, especially seeing as they have a loyalty card scheme. Thanks 👍

When ever partner goes to pet shop he always finds what he needs for our cat and now new kitten. Service with a smile is amazing very friendly thank you and even when shop doesn't have something Sandra will get it in for you or tells you when new stock is arriving. Best pet shop ever

A proper well stocked pet shop with knowledgable friendly staff. A wide range of pet foods, accessories and supplies and if they don't have what you need, they will order it and let you know when it has arrived. They have been open since the lockdowns started and have kept the pets of the town fed and fit. A valuable asset to the town.

We visit Erme View Pet Supplies for most of our pups' needs. They have a great selection of products, and you get a really nice welcome (our dog gets a couple of treats from the owner). I particularly like supporting our local shops as there aren't many in Ivybridge, and our dog Nutmeg pulls us to the shop whenever we walk down the highstreet! Great service, great advice and fairly priced. Well worth a visit 👍😁

This is a brilliant friendly place for everything for your family pets may need. If they haven't got what you want in stock they will order it for you, helpful advice and most important of all especially for dogs, it's there little bit of heaven, with all the goodies. Highly recommend this local business

What a wonderful pet shop so lucky to have this store in Ivybridge . Both ladies ( sorry forgotten their names ) are so helpful , very experienced with all products . Great advice and ongoing tips with our two puppies. Well stocked and order what I need . Fabulous atmosphere . Thank you 😊

Friendly and helpful staff, did witness earlier reviewer incident who had to be asked 3 times to cover their face, and commented they didn't believe in it, it is the law to wear one so the assistant was correct to remind them to wear one. Have always had great service.

We will not continue to use this shop we're sad to say. We make a conscious effort to support all local businesses here in our village.
The lady who served myself today was awful, rude and border line aggressive after being TOLD to wear a face covering I proceeded to do so with a high neck jumper, an ample covering I felt. After having the card reading machine almost thrown at me reluctantly paid and left to which was screamed at to leave.
We've spent a fair amount in there in the last year or so.
Wont be getting a penny more .
