Vast array of pet foods and accessories. The absolute best thing about Pets at Home is Kyle. He is so knowledgeable, generous and friendly. He asked relevant questions about our puppy and gave us excellent advice. Thank you for all your help.

Sticking with three stars, it’s not that great - place to buy pet supplies in fact if you near this location and just want supplies safe money and go to mega pet warehouse. However some staff in this one are helpful and knowledgeable about the small furrys. I say some not all .

A lovely young lady Amy (pretty long red hair) served me yesterday with a return and exchange as my little dog had allergies to a food we had put her on and bought previous. I was out of sorts as Covid had had a bad effect on me and it had been 3 weeks since going anywhere. Amy was very patient, very friendly, very helpful. A great asset to your team.

Friendly and helpful staff. We needed to buy a collar or harness as our dog was slipping his. Didn't know where to start, good staff advice, happy customer.

Ordered and paid my order on Friday with collection in store. Online site was mentioned that I will received collection code in during 1 hour. Today I received email that my item (fish tank filter pump)will ready on Wednesday afternoon. Liar's wasted my time and refused by ignoring give me full refund as I Gotta go buy filter pump to another shop as my fishes dying!!!!! If possible I give them 0 stars for this bad experience!?!!!! Liar's

Terrible service. Wouldn’t sell a hamster because according to them, our set up wasn’t adequate… they hadn’t seen it and it was bought from a reputable pet shop. They didn’t ask for measurements ect, sure they would’ve sold it if we bought one from them though..

Terrible service from a young lady who had to check with her manager but took no information first?

The store gets the stars, the vets is a waste of time, apparently they already have such a large reliable income from what must be extremely long lived yet sick animals that they're not taking any more, can't even get a 5 minute appointment for boosters 👏 I can see flaws in this business model perhaps that's why the previous vet closed. Well best of luck with that.

We're thinking about getting a tropical fish tank and the young chap we spoke to was very helpful indeed. It's only going to be a small one. The idea is to keep our new grandson amused and entertained.
