They always give great advice. They have been great at helping with my cat. They have a fantastic range of products, often having stock that the Pets at Home store don't have.

Ordered raw dog food was told it would be in on Friday but it wasn’t but they had the incorrect number but could of emailed. Then I bought alternative food and toys And was charged double had to go back and get a refund but il have to go back again to get more food and the refund as it hasn’t refunded to my card.

Never call when they say they will. Ordered a product in and ordered the complete wrong one after me waiting 2 weeks of being told it will come in in 2 days. Just bought my own else where so save the hassle of dealing with this store.

Tracy and Ellie are wonderful with customer service and advice with all their products! 100% recommend. They also help my farther with advice with his rescue dogs! Their loyalty card actually saves money too. Wonderful shop with wonderful service x
