Pets at Home Dumbarton

Had such a great shopping experience today. Went in not really knowing what I needed to get for my new puppy but the staff member who helped me (Nicola) was extremely helpful.

At no point did I feel like I was being sold to, it was a true customer service experience; she was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to care about my puppy.

Cant wait to go back, you've gain a loyal customer due to your great member of staff 😊

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit. They treated our dog, Belle, like royalty and even gave us some fab recommendations on good places to check out during our stay in the area, as we were there for our honeymoon.

I've paid a visit to the shop many times and always received great customer service. The staff always made a fuss of my dog who always wanted to go in whenever we passed by.

Can't believe how relaxed my Zeus was at the pets from vets in Dumbarton the vet was confident....more than I was he had a muzzle on though amazing staff and one happy fur baby by the time we left ....!! Couldn't have been a better day out ever

Fairly well stocked store, however prices are ridiculously high. Yes, I get they have overheads but they also have incredible bulk buying power .

Thanks so very much to Melanie seeing my hen at short notice this morning. My wee girl has started her medication and hopefully will be fully recovered soon. Melanie was knowledgeable about hens and made us fully at ease.

I think it's the best place to get your cat food. very fresh and very well packaged. Not to mention my 3 kittens absalutely love it and even the mother is still eating them with no troubles whatsoever. No waste at all and that is very rare with the mother of the litter so it's definitely a 10/10 from me, her and the little ones.
