The store itself is a great size and very easy to get around. Prices on items very but aren't too bad for what you get. The only issue I have is some staff are very pushy, trying to get you to purchase he more expensive items. The girls there are great though and have always been very helpful and polite, it was just one particular staff member that always seems to try and push which I guess is just his job, it just cab make some people feel a little uncomfortable.

Great pet shop! Got a really good choice on dog food, even one that I’d found online with excellent reviews but couldn’t source anywhere....except here. Their prices are good. They have a loyalty scheme too. They deliver with very reasonable delivery costs and free over a certain amount.

Variety of items for cats, was wanting to ask a question & saw staff member so I said "excuse me" & immediately realised he was carrying a box so I said "no it's ok you have a box don't wanna stop u as it may be heavy."

He then came back 5 minutes later and I said "sorry I didn't see the box straight away but I just wanted to ask about this item?" And he looked at me then at the item and responded with snappy comment about be stopping him whilst he was busy, which I didn't appreciate as I did apologise and this was in front of my friend; after he walked away I told my friend "i'm not buying anything from here now, & she said don't blame you"

Was coming in to spend over £30 worth due to not being local but you lost out, due to staff member waking up on the wrong side of the bed clearly.

Helpful staff and always have what i need

These people know their trade. I take my dog in there about twice a month. We both love it. They have a genuine compassion for pets. Their pet club works well and efficiently. Sometimes I wish I were my dog. He's offered a free biscuit every time we visit.

Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I basically touch the tank to see if the plants inside the tank cold water or tropical and this I got told off for , I did not react and did as I was told purchased the plants and my mother seen a lovely tank for £300 I asked the gentleman if I could purchase this he was the manger and said No because the light was fitted back to front, which I could not see I was inspecting the tank and I could assess the tank easy it was clear the was nothing wrong like he said and I said the is nothing wrong with this tank , he replied we are out of stock of this tank and its not for sale but the tank next to this had missing parts and was on offer as it was as a display I question him no reply so I walked out with nothing , not good shop you ask I me all because I felt the glass the was dead fish when I bring this up it's like I offend them really weird I know more about the fish than the workers blows my mind now clueless they all are....
