Limited selection but at least one brand of all the basics, great treat selection. Super friendly service. Pricey but convenient. Feels like an old fashioned village shop.

Customer Service is atrocious, never ever in my life been spoken to in the way their employers think they have the power to speak to people. Belittled me and for that reason i give one star and i wouldn't recommend this place, maybe if the lady that spoke to me in this way had better respect and manners then i would definitely come back. other wise everything good apart from the lack of respect to paying customers

I moved to Blackheath over a year ago with two Pups. Blackheath Pet Supplies Is exactly why I support local independent businesses vs chain stores. The advice for our growing (menacing) pups has been second to none. The friendly customer service excellent. And their own grain free range, Dover Road, is much loved by our dogs.

Lovely little pet shop, lady who works there recommended some great treats for my new puppy which he loves and she gave me some lovely little sample biscuits which I’ll go back for some more. Bought him a chewy toy too which keeps him busy. Really good shop to support instead of going to pets at home.

If it's not in stock, the friendly, cheerful shop owner will order for you.
Priced very competitively with pets at home.
Highly recommend getting your animal supplies from this shop.

Extremly rude and unwilling to have customers. I asked a couple of questions and the response was short and rude. My dog wanted fuss from her and she shouted DONT BREATHE ON ME to my puppy as she was shutting the door......

No idea where customer service has gone these days. Was hoping to support a local business but i ended up going pets at home......
