If I could offer zero stars, Pet Supermarket would get zero stars! No use offering discounts and value for money, if deliveries do not arrive when you say they will! Paid additional fee for next day delivery for food for my special needs cat and no delivery!
The website is straightforward and quick when securing orders and taking your money. Telephone/email for help/tracking info for delivery or complaint falls on deaf ears & the website has you in an eternal loop of frustrating and impersonal FAQ pages. Never again! Lack of duty of care & candour! Everyone has a choice of where to shop, I'm going elsewhere!

Unbelievable. It took ages to find this building, as bakers row seems to be mostly residential. No signage and no answer to phone call. Website said it was open but no one there when I rang the doorbell.

I have always been very happy with the service. Until today...I paid for next day delivery and here we are with only 3 sachets of renal food for my poorly cat. 8pm and NO DELIVERY!!! Not only cross but really WORRIED

Best online pet store out there, Great stock and prices and fast next day delivery. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs pet products specialised or normal stuff.
