I contacted this company asking for a quote and help. I got advised they would not provide a quote as my pet was missing for over a week and the odds have significantly dropped of finding them! Highly vile response I think and would NEVER contact them nor watch anything they have had anything to do with. Vile and pathetic show. Never bother waste your time, they only do things that will make them look good and care nothing for helping vulnerable pet owners.

A professional service, thorough and reassuring. Recommended as so many things can be done but most people don't have the knowledge or time. Colin Butcher has years of valuable experience that can help you find your pet. I would use the company again with no hesitation.
