There is a glass cabinet in the reception area to show their awards over the last few years to show their achievments. The receptionist was very friendly & chatty, so made me feel relaxed prior to my interview there. I already had a good vibe about Pedigree before I started. Looking forward to working for you in the New Year

Issue after issue, contacted time and time again to ask them to fix their mistakes to no avail as their customer service is non existent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by ordering a second time with their company, but the poor service was even worse than the first time. Would not recommend to any business.

Just delivered here early and I must say what a friendly accommodating lot! Great reception from start to finish 👍 don't know if it's something they put in their tea but it's working- wish every business was as refreshingly happy and courteous 😉

Some of their staff are animals. So much litter is dropped in Staveley Way after their shifts.

First order placed and paid for. ... 2 weeks later still waiting for it to turn up, and no refund! Customer Services are a joke! Dont make any contact to say delivery was not coming, there rude and cant deal with any request!
Will never be using again! Now looking at taking futher action to get my money back!

What a load of tossers. Turned up with 21 pallets.was told my booking time was 1.00clock .Turned up just before 3.00 wouldn't unload or re-book it in for next morning.
