The staff are always very very helpful and friendly and can always meet my needs and when they haven't got something I need/want they always find an appropriate alternative

Went in to buy some cough medicine. Waited 10 minutes to be seen but none of the 3 members of staff bothered to come and serve me, just chatted amongst themselves instead. I walked out and went somewhere else.

Had grandmother's prescription a week ago but didn't tell her till 3pm sat that they couldn't fill it. When it was to late to do anything. Now she's out of pills and there's no alternative so will probably have to have a liver transplant. Thanks boots

All ways a very helpful staff who ate willing to help and give good care. I've been using boots pharmacy in Holbeach since I moved here about 27 years ago. Can't fault them.
