This is the slowest pharmacy in the world, staff have two speeds stop and reverse and god help them if one actually cracked a smile I have been waiting for 10 minutes and I’m the only person in the place! And there’s three staff on!

Ordered prescription on Wednesday was ready for Friday, sorted my daughters milk to be picked up Saturday as she suffers cmpa and needed the medicated milk she's only 3 months and they didn't order it, they wouldn't take ownership or apologise and just kept making excuses now iv got to feed my child normal milk untill monday, just not acceptable and have put my baby through unnecessary discomfort, rude staff and will never go there again! !!

Worst people skills ever ? Bad attitudes from most staff ? Always changing the rules to suit there moods ? It's slow too ...

They absolutely useless! Everytime I've gone to collect a prescription it's not ready. Unless I order it a week in advance. Collect 4 days later and it will be ready.
Today, got a prescription in the morning, was told it would be there straight away. But I went 2 hours later. Only to be told they have it but its not been done and the pharmacist is on his lunch and will be about half hour. The traffic is hurrendous due to road works so took half hour to get through.
Its not the pharmacy staff I blame, it's always the pharmacist! So from now on I'm going to Todd's, happened too much now. 😡

Terrible trying to get someone to answer the phone when trying to see if pharmacists are available or at lunch.

I used this chemist for the first time yesterday I found the staff to be very polite and helpful.
