Berrymoor Pharmacy

The last two occasions myself and my wife tried to collect our prescriptions, we were told they were not there, and they blamed the doctors surgery. After visiting surgery we were informed chemist had had prescriptions for a week. Shop assistant still insisted they were not there, I spotted it myself in box she was searching through. Staff member very unprofessional couldn't care less will be going elsewhere in the future. Not the way to operate a business.

I have been collecting my prescription from this pharmacy for the last six months, they order my prescription for me which some pharmacys no longer do and it is always there ready to collect. The staff are always helpful and friendly and quick . Very satisfied with service from all who work there.

The pharmacist is always late minimum 15 minutes every morning or more. They dont open doors. And i have to wait with kids outside god know how long. Not nice.

I always find Ebru and his team are exceptionally helpful and always go out their way for you.
