Rude staff! Blatantly rude when answering the phone! Equally awful in the chemist. Clare you need to stop being so rude to customers! Manager, not only are you rude, with obviouse disdain for customers, you encourage your staff to be as awful by not stopping the behaviour!

Very poor pharmacy. Closes early and at different times on different days, which you will get to know only after reaching their door. Today I entered three minutes before the closing time and the girl at the counter shouted saying they are closed in a very rude manner. My wife was in intense pain and wanted to buy a single drug on a prescription, which she refused to attend to even after a polite explanation. The girl was very very rude. Had previous bad experiences as well as most of the times they didn't have some of the drugs in the prescription. Staff is not helpful at all. I'll definitely change the pharmacy. Rumark is far better. So better avoid this place.

This is an efficient chemist. They still adhere to Covid 19 regulations. Prescriptions are dispensed quickly with good instruction. Pricing here is competitive and most general medication and personal items can be purchased here.

OK, but don't bother ringing them, as they rarely answer the phone. When I've been in the shop and staff aren't seeing to anyone they ignore the ringing. You just have to go to the store in person. No idea why they even advertise a phone number....

Worst pharmacy , i have visited in uk . I kind of racist attitude and unfriendly approach, particularly a lady staff . This happened couple of times to me & my family .
Finally , i requested to GP not to prescribe to Kays Chemist .

Very helpful and constructive . Pharmacists are helpful, informative and provide an excellent advice service, enabling me / my family to avoid needing to contact a GP. Pharmacist Karen has made a point of understanding my multiple health issues - very reassuring to avoid contraindications. Reception staff in my experience are friendly and helpful, one called claire, is outstanding.

I have been going Kay's chemist for quite a while now and I love it there but today's experience with one of the staff has put me off,
I was politely asking my money back which they overcharged me and this lady (Don't know the name but she is blonde) instantly became a typical KAREN, tried to shame me for asking my money back, no apologies no respect nothing and frustratedly tried to find coins because she didn't have change for "this much amount" and she definitely doesn't know how to transfer money on phone (contactless) upon she said a big "RIDICULOUS".
The whole experience with her made me utterly uncomfortable!!
