Well pharmacy on fairstead is a joke because they can't cope with demand they sent it off to a thing called the hub but when u go in there after being at the hub they still need to sort your script so have no idea why they send it there plus my med are due today but instead of being at the pharmacy the at the hub which is decussting defo changing my pharmacy and some of the staff are rude will not be returning after I received this order

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't know about the prepaid card and one of the staff let me set it up before I got my medication. Saved me money and will help me in the long run. Thank you so much

They sent my pensioner mother home empty handed when she tried to get my father's emergency medicine and they tried to do the same with me. It turned out all they needed to do was go onto Well's system and locate the prescription! Unbelievably, the lady sorting the order out simply didn't want to bother. After 5 minutes, one guy interfered and resolved it perfectly, but the customer service from the lady who appeared to be in charge was quite frankly, atrocious and heartless
