Long wait times whilst most the staff chatting in dispensing area. Some staff are not discreet at all and ask very loudly what something's for? (example...a lady asked for dressings to buy over counter and the pharmacist said what for? The lady was clearly embarrassed and said I've had a biopsy on my breast). Poor customer left mortified.

Don't usually write reviews but after reading the negatives, thought it was time for a positive.
Phoned today the assistant answered very quickly and couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble to her. Everything was sorted out with professionalism which is a rarity these days.
I would certainly recommend this pharmacy along with their lovely staff. Keep up the good work.

Lunch hour closing ! I ordered my prescription at 12:50, went next door to shop, when I returned the shutters were down. No mention of it on the opening hours shown on the door, no mention of it on the website, a small temporary notice on the left as you go in which you're unlikely to see. A complete lack of consideration for their customers. At the very least they could put a warning on the website. They seem to be understaffed, but why should the customer suffer ? Avoid if possible, and if you can only get there during your lunch hour, forget it.

Excellent service very kind,helpful and polite staff ! Very quick with sorting my prescription the shop itself is kept very clean tidy and organised I left satisfied and content with my experience using marston pharmacy and will definitely return to them again in the future

I’m never gonna use this pharmacy ever again . Trying couple of days to get hold of my baby’s antibiotic as he is really sick and I keep finding close at lunch time . Came today at 13:00 and they locked the door in front of me with my sick baby in my arms while frozen outside . After they locked the door they out a notice that will be closed from 13:00-14:00. That’s unbelievable, you should be ashamed.

I suffer with long covid which has resulted in me not being able to leave the house at times. I have every respect and appreciation for the support I received from Aminah who goes the extra mile to offer kindness and understanding. She is an asset to the team.

They NEVER answer their phone. I understand they are busy, but it is not acceptable to not answer the phone. It always rings for hours on end and I have tried multiple times in a day for the last 3 weeks. Currently stuck in hospital so I cannot physically come into the store. Utterly dissapointed. This is definitely not the first time I have not had good service from this pharmacy.

Terrible. Hasn't bothered to update opening hours to reflect Bank Holidays on Google or website. Rude pharmacist yelling private details of my prescription so all in the queue can hear. Avoid if possible!
