A brilliant pharmacy!
I can't tell you what a brilliant pharmacy this is: the staff are exceptional. There is an excellent pharmacist who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to advise. All the staff on the counter are also very friendly and welcoming and just lovely people. They really know how to give great customer service here, by being both professional and human. I am so lucky this pharmacy is on my doorstep!

I cannot rate Junction Pharmacy highly enough !
I am a new customer to Junction Pharmacy and my initial phone call , taken by Ranuka, assured me that I had “ come to the right place “

The staff always helpful. I have never had any issues, the lady at counter is very kind and always helpful

This pharmacy was amazing I needed a emergency prescription and they were so quick and helpful! Amazon staff! Amazing service 10/10

So friendly & kind each one of the staff takes their time to give advice, & also care about us individually as people not just customers, also the products are at very good prices much better than the more pricey high street chemists.

A personal, friendly and thoughtful service. A truly welcome change from the many chain-driven pharmacies around now. I go out of my way to place my repeat prescription here.

DON'T book to go here for your COVID jab and don't believe the positive reviews. Booked online for my second jab through the official booking system after a pharmacy more local to me cancelled on me at the last minute. Arrived for my appointment after having spent more than an hour travelling to get there to be told "oh, our vaccinator isn't here today but you can come back another day"? Complete and utter waste of time and will put people off putting in the effort to get vaccinated. If you are not going to honour bookings made through the system, stop offering or claiming to offer the service.
