After buying the CBD from this store I returned home only to find the product was 3 months past its expiry date. Mistakes happen, fair enough, but when it does you expect the mistake to be rectified. This was absolutely not the case. They offered to replace the product if I brought it in which would involve driving back to Norwich again which would mean spending a day out of my holiday driving to and from the city. So they told me to post it back and upon receipt would receive a replacement. I sent the product immediately. After waiting a few days my gf called to find out if they received it which they had and she was told a new one would be sent that evening. It wasn't. I called again after a few more days and was told the reason they hadn't sent it was because they were out of stock and would be sending that day. If that was the case then what would have happened if I came in for a replacement? No apology was given. Another few days past and still no sign of the CBD. So I called again! I was told it would be sent that evening. It has now finally arrived and I can see it wasnt sent until the next day. No apology and no attempt to rectify the situation by offering something else to compensate for the inconvenience. A shame because it's a beautiful shop but the customer service doesn't match it. Would recommend getting your CBD elsewhere.

Been using this product for nearly 3 years and buy it from this shop.
My husband bought two bottles yesterday for me and when he returned home one of the bottles wasn't sealed. I phoned them straight away to be told "well they aren't always sealed" I said in all the years I've used them they always have. And how do I know that it's not been tampered with.
The gentleman said you can bring it back tomorrow for an exchange. The next day after spending an
hour n a half on the buss I turned up and the shop was shut. I'm was fumming.
I now have no oil which I use for my arthritis and have no idea when I can return the unsealed one as the phone just rings.

After buying many bottles from this store as my partner suffers with arthritis in his knee and also recommending this product to other people including my mum that suffers with chronic arthritis.. My mum purchased a bottle of cbd oil but after weeks of taking it she was still in pain so she come to norwich for the day and had a chat with Jez and he recommended the stronger oil which was alot more expensive which she brought. A week or so later my mum called me explaining the oil she brought was 3 months out of date, my partner also looked at his bottle that he had purchased and it was also out of date so on the Saturday we went into the store and explained the problem, jez was very rude and defensive and kept saying its my Dads shop this isnt my problem..We spoke to his Dad on the phone who was also rude saying he would give my mum a full refund but not my partners as half a bottle was missing..I explained this is his problem as he was selling products that are out of date and he told me i should of looked at the date before i walked out the shop!!
Anyway as my mum doesn't live in Norwich she contacted Jez he said if you send me the bottle i will give you a refund as he couldnt do it over the phone he gave her an address as he said the shop has closed down and are doing it from home now..My mum sent the product with bank statement with bank details but still has no refund! Please be aware of these people they are taking advantage of vulnerable people,i know they keep opening different shops in Norwich and then moving locations after a while.. We are not letting this go we are going to take this to a small claims court and trading standards.

Went into the castle Quarter store today. Was greeted with a very warm welcome by Jaz.
Jaz was so helpful. I made a purchase after such amazing feed back from him.
Definitely 5* on help, politeness, time to listen. Thank you 😊
