Town Pharmacy

Today I was in the town and I took a tumble and needed some antiseptic spray and some savlon. Found this chemist and a lovey lady who worked there approached to see if we needed any assistance (I didn't get her name, blonde hair mid 20s to mid 30s with a mask). Explained I needed something to clean my injuries. She showed me what I need and with that told me to follow her into one of the consultation rooms. She then cleaned up my scrapes on my hands and leg. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond what I had expected. Highly recommend this pharmacy. X thank you

Went today 14/5/2022 to collect my medication, they was very rude, the pharmacist was rude. And I didn't get my medication as they don't do do prescription at weekends as have no staff, funny with the pharmacist and 2 other woman staff, what was the problem. Well I hadn't got Dr to order as I usually go in myself every month, to get my medication, its on a repeat no pharmacist adamant I couldn't have any. . Last month they shut early with no notice on door, plus it was Easter, I was thrusted one weeks dosset box, and told you come back next week and you can get the rest. So had to ring 111 so get urgent meds for the weekend. My dosset boxes are every four weeks, so what was the problem, if I spoke to them the way they spoke to me I'd of been chucked out the chemist,

My husband been in pharmacy, he can’t get any help, staff was very unhelpful. Thank you for nothing. Big 1 star.

Still in shock of how I got treated today with my special needs child, literally got told to wait outside the shop with my 4 year old because he was too loud. I could understand if he was trashing the shop but he wernt just being cheeky and laughing loudly and a lil hyper, never ad a problem ere before loverly staff except this new lady

Very good service I forgot my medication we're on holiday at Gr Yarmouth. And the Pharmacist sorted me out. Brilliant

Absolutly disgusting attitude of all staff in this pharmacy, never known anything like it!
For them to stand behind and laugh about not ordering my tablets to then go to collect them on 2 seperate occasions to say they are still not in, absolute rubbish! No, supply issue as other places have them, so they just couldn't be bothered and to make out as if I didnt need them, no I went to a and and I do need them and coming back next week is not fine! Shall I tell the pain that I'm in to hold off for a week!
Was very rude to myself and my partner!
Never use this pharmacy as it really is not a nice experience!!

Will see about taking things further and making a formal complaint!!
I never swore at you when I came in on the Friday to collect my prescription but was met by a very sarcastic 'lady' that had already gone to another laughing about orders not being put through and clearly mine was one as been to several other chemist's that have those tablets I needed and had been delivered.
Noone tolerates being sworn at and neither do people in pain tolerate being belittled, which is what your staff has done.
Even when I asked about another item I wished to purchase it was too much effort for another staff member and couldn't even manage a thank you!

Injured my back, ibuprofen and paracetamol didn't touch it so I asked to buy paramol. The pharmacist refused to sell it for no reason, except saying "we're not supposed to sell it regularly". I've not had it in over a year and have never been to that pharmacy, certainly won't be going back. Would recommend boots instead.

They are usually well staffed with friendly and professional people and waiting time is usually quite short. Pharmacist is always very willing to answer questions about medications. I have used this pharmacy for years now and this is my preferred pharmacy in town.
