Overall a pleasant experience. Just one staff member I find a bit rude

Good shop

Generally most of the staff here are helpful, friendly and polite, however there is ONE person there that is always rude and thinks they are superior to everyone else. On three separate occasions I have been treated like a 5 year old with no knowledge. I am afraid I will not be going there again, I would rather travel a few miles out of my way to other Coop Pharmacies that I know treat people properly

Helpful staff

This is my local pharmacy and to be honest it's not that brilliant. The staff are helpful lovely and polite but getting a prescription done on time? No. I understand there are queues and there might be an extra workload, plus this time of year they will be extra busy. I do wonder if maybe the doctors surgery sends them later? Or maybe the Co op should give them a bigger building allowing more staff? The ladies out front do a great job and are super helpful though. If getting a prescription was a little faster I'd 5* I'm a Londoner so maybe it's a village way of life?

I would just like to thank all the staff of Branston pharmacy, particularly Kate, for being so kind and patient. Sadly my Dad Gordon Davis died in July this year, sorry to only just get round to messaging.. the staff were always very patient with him, and very helpful to me when we were asking for guidance and help.
