I stopped getting prescriptions from this chemist because I found the staff are rude. They have laughed at me as I've walked away because I was carrying heavy shopping and also spoke to me like an idiot. I don't think I'll ever be going to this one again. I don't think they are welcoming and respectful to young people like myself.

Do not use this pharmacy! Although exempt the pharmacist has actively demanded i wear a mask despite the consultation being on the shop floor where the till staff wore no mask! When i said i had breathing issues and exempt they have told me to leave and go elsewhere as they would not serve me point blank if i had no mask on. Baring in mind masks are now optional and taking into account my exemption this should not be happening and I shall report this matter to the General pharmaceutical council. Shame on you being pharmacists and not taking into account peoples exemptions.

I have to use a disability scooter so cannot get into the pharmacy I have to phone from outside for someone to help me they come out really fast are very helpful and polite

Great pharmacy with a caring staff.

Didn’t spend long enough in what looks like a very well stocked store, the staff were helpful and it was possible to park outside (a rarity nowadays). Got my painkillers and went. To kill some pain (hence why I didn’t spend long enough here)

Since the latest(5years)?, change in running the place, it has gone downhill fast.

It has now changed. The best pharmacist they had, is now back, thank goodness.

Opening times for 27th and 28th December 2021 are wrong. It don't open till 29th.
